Description

Overview

A skid-mounted MVR evaporator system is a fully pre-assembled, self-contained unit that integrates key components such as the evaporator, compressor, pumps, valves, and instrumentation into a compact modular structure.

Designed for seamless integration into the overall process, the system eliminates the need for extensive on-site installation of major equipment. Only process piping and electrical connections are required during commissioning, significantly reducing installation time, labor costs, and the risk of integration errors.

This modular, factory-tested approach ensures high system reliability, consistent performance, and efficient project execution.

MVR Technology 

MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) evaporators represent a new generation of highly efficient and energy-saving evaporation technology. By mechanically compressing and reusing the secondary vapor generated during the evaporation process, MVR systems significantly reduce the demand for external steam while enabling efficient separation of water from the process stream with minimal energy input.

Compared with conventional multi-effect evaporators, MVR systems offer superior thermal efficiency, optimized energy utilization, and reduced environmental impact. These advantages result in significantly lower operating costs, making MVR technology a modern, sustainable, and economically viable alternative to traditional evaporation methods.

Applications 

Skid-mounted MVR evaporator systems are widely used in wastewater treatment across a range of industries, including lithium battery manufacturing and recycling, hazardous waste management, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, power generation, and landfill leachate treatment. • Concentration of brine streams generated from membrane systems in high-salinity wastewater treatment plants within factories and industrial parks.

• Treatment of wastewater streams that are not suitable for membrane processes due to high salinity, strong scaling tendency, or high viscosity.

• Advanced treatment of landfill leachate and waste-to-energy plant effluent, including full-volume evaporation and emergency leachate reduction through concentration.
