Pre-Shipment Assembly and Factory Verification
To ensure smooth project execution, reliable long-term operation, and consistent delivery quality, we perform comprehensive pre-shipment assembly, inspection, and functional testing of evaporation systems whenever project conditions permit.
Through factory pre-assembly and verification, potential installation issues can be identified and resolved before shipment. This approach significantly reduces on-site installation workload, minimizes commissioning risks, improves installation accuracy, and helps accelerate project completion.
Currently, a calcium chloride evaporation and concentration system designed for industrial calcium chloride solution processing is undergoing complete pre-shipment assembly and inspection at our manufacturing workshop. The system consists of a double-effect forced circulation evaporator integrated with a falling-film concentrator, providing an efficient solution for high-concentration calcium chloride production.
Scope of Pre-Shipment Assembly and Testing
During the pre-shipment assembly stage, comprehensive inspections, testing, and trial operations are conducted to verify system integrity, mechanical reliability, and operational performance.
1. Piping Connection and Alignment
All process pipelines are pre-installed, connected, and accurately aligned during factory assembly. This ensures proper interface matching, reduces installation errors, minimizes field modification work, and improves on-site installation efficiency.
2. Pressure Testing and Leak Inspection
Equipment and process pipelines undergo pressure testing and airtightness inspections to verify mechanical strength, sealing performance, and connection reliability. These tests ensure safe, leak-free operation before shipment.
3. Trial Operation of Rotating Equipment
Key rotating equipment, including circulation pumps, feed pumps, and auxiliary machinery, are tested to confirm smooth operation, proper vibration levels, mechanical stability, and long-term operational reliability.
4. Control System and Program Commissioning
The PLC control system, instrumentation, interlocks, safety logic, and operating programs are fully tested and commissioned before shipment. This ensures reliable automation, safe operation, and efficient plant control after installation at the customer’s site.
5. Structural and Installation Quality Inspection
Comprehensive inspections are carried out on equipment structures, skid integration, connection interfaces, component arrangement, and fabrication quality to ensure accurate assembly and seamless system integration.
Advantages of Pre-Shipment Assembly and Testing
Through comprehensive factory assembly and performance verification, our customers benefit from:
• Reduced on-site installation and commissioning time
• Lower project risks and fewer construction uncertainties
• Improved installation accuracy and system reliability
• Faster startup and smoother project handover
• Enhanced confidence in long-term equipment operation
Pre-shipment assembly and testing are especially valuable for large-scale evaporation systems, customized process plants, and advanced MVR evaporation systems, where installation precision, commissioning efficiency, and operational stability are critical.
By implementing strict factory verification procedures, we ensure that each evaporation system is delivered to the customer’s site with high readiness for installation and startup, supporting successful project execution and long-term operational performance.
