ENCHEM is pleased to announce an important milestone in our Calcium Chloride Production Plant Project in Algeria. The commissioning of the Calcium chloride solution preparation and purification section has been successfully completed, and the system has produced purified calcium chloride solution, marking significant progress toward the full commissioning and start-up of the production plant.
Successful Commissioning of the Preparation and Purification Section
The calcium chloride solution preparation and purification section is an important upstream stage of the calcium chloride production process. During this stage, the raw materials undergo reaction, neutralization, clarification, filtration, and other treatment processes to obtain purified calcium chloride solution suitable for subsequent concentration, granulation and drying.
Following equipment installation, system inspection, test runs, process adjustments, and commissioning, the reaction and purification section has now been successfully brought into operation.
The successful production of purified calcium chloride solution confirms the operation of this process section and provides the necessary foundation for the next stages of the production line.
A Milestone Achieved Through Close Cooperation
Reaching this milestone has been a joint effort between ENCHEM, our customer, and the project teams working on site.

Moving Forward to Evaporation and Drying Commissioning
With the calcium chloride solution preparation and purification section successfully commissioned, the project is now moving forward to the next important stages, the evaporation and drying sections.
The evaporation system will further concentrate the purified calcium chloride solution to meet the requirements of the downstream production process, followed by granulation and drying and final product preparation.
Our engineering team will continue working closely with the customer and site personnel to support the remaining commissioning activities and optimize the operation of the complete production line.
We look forward to the smooth completion of the upcoming commissioning work and, most importantly, to seeing the Calcium Chloride Production Plant in Algeria successfully enter full production in the near future.
