Process Flow Description 

    Waste hydrochloric acid reacts with limestone in the reactor to form a calcium chloride solution, which then undergoes a secondary reaction to ensure complete conversion. The solution is subsequently neutralized and pH-adjusted to remove impurities such as iron and magnesium, and finally filtered to deliver a high-quality calcium chloride solution.

    Based on market demand and customer requirements, the calcium chloride solution can be flexibly processed into 77% calcium chloride dihydrate or 94% anhydrous calcium chloride, enabling versatile product options and optimized commercial value.
