Containerized MVR Evaporator 

Our containerized MVR evaporator features a highly integrated design that combines standardization, modularization, and intelligent control within a skid-mounted, containerized system. Engineered for truck transportation, it offers exceptional flexibility, rapid deployment, and easy relocation.

The system can be fully customized to meet specific process requirements and is widely used across industries such as food processing, petrochemicals, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, and environmental protection.

Product Types includes:

• Concentration Type

Ideal for the concentration of food products, pharmaceutical solutions, emulsions, organic wastewater, and brine, delivering high efficiency and consistent product quality.

• Crystallization Type

Designed for high-salinity streams, enabling efficient concentration and crystallization. Particularly suitable for handling complex and challenging wastewater.

Working Principle of MVR

The MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) evaporator is an energy-efficient evaporation system that utilizes mechanical energy to recycle vapor.

During operation, the secondary vapor (steam) generated from evaporation is compressed, increasing its temperature and pressure. This upgraded vapor is then reused as the heat source to continue heating the feed material, forming a closed-loop system of:

Vapor Generation – Compression – Reuse

This process significantly reduces external steam consumption and maximizes overall energy efficiency.
