Description

Overview

    A skid-mounted system is a pre-assembled, self-contained module that integrates components such as valves, pumps, and instrumentation. It is designed for seamless integration with the broader process system, eliminating the need for additional inline installation of valves, instruments, or ancillary devices during site commissioning. On-site work is limited to the connection of process piping and electrical interfaces, thereby substantially reducing installation time, labor requirements, and potential for integration errors. This modular approach enhances construction efficiency and ensures higher reliability and consistency in system assembly.

MVR Technology 

    MVR (Mechanical Vapor Recompression) evaporators represent a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving evaporation technology. By mechanically compressing and reusing the secondary vapor generated during the evaporation process, MVR systems significantly reduce the demand for external steam and achieve effective water separation from the process stream with minimal energy input. In comparison to conventional multi-effect evaporators, MVR systems demonstrate clear advantages in thermal efficiency, energy utilization, and environmental impact. These benefits contribute to markedly lower operational costs, making MVR technology a modern, sustainable, and economically viable alternative to traditional evaporation methods.

    The MVR system and its components are supplied in a fully standardized configuration. Through standardized design, key elements such as equipment, piping, instrumentation, electrical systems, and equipment foundations are modularized and pre-engineered. This enhances the operational stability and reliability of the MVR evaporation unit while significantly improving ease of maintenance and system management.

• Significantly Reduced On-Site Construction Time

    The skid-mounted MVR evaporator system is fully fabricated and assembled in the factory. On-site installation is minimal, requiring only the connection of interface pipelines and external electrical systems. All functional modules are integrated onto a single base frame, enabling simplified logistics, fast deployment, and reduced project lead time.

Application Industry 

     Skid-mounted MVR evaporator systems are widely applicable in wastewater treatment across various industries, including lithium battery manufacturing & recycling, hazardous waste management, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, power generation, large-scale industrial facilities, and landfill leachate treatment. Typical application scenarios include:

A. Concentrated brine streams from membrane systems in high-salinity wastewater treatment stations within factories and industrial parks.

B. Wastewater streams that are unsuitable for membrane treatment due to high salinity, scaling potential, or high viscosity.

C. Comprehensive treatment of landfill leachate and waste-to-energy plant effluent, including full-volume leachate evaporation and emergency leachate reduction through concentration.
