Pre-shipment Assembly 

   To ensure smooth project execution, reliable long-term operation, and high delivery quality, we carry out comprehensive pre-shipment assembly and inspection of equipments whenever conditions allow. This approach significantly reduces on-site installation workload, minimizes commissioning risks, and accelerates the overall project schedule.

    Currently, a calcium chloride evaporation and concentration system, designed for industrial calcium chloride solution processing, comprising a double-effect forced circulation evaporator combined with a falling-film concentrator, is undergoing full pre-shipment assembly and inspection at our workshop.

Scope of Pre-shipment Assembly 
    During the pre-shipment assembly stage, a full range of inspections, testing, and trial operations are conducted to ensure system integrity and performance:
•. Piping connection and alignment:
    All process pipelines are pre-connected and aligned to ensure accurate on-site installation, eliminate piping mismatch, reduce installation errors, and minimize on-site workload.
•. Pressure testing and leak inspection:
    Equipment and pipelines undergo air tight test to verify mechanical strength and sealing performance, ensuring leak-free operation before shipment.
•. Trial operation of rotating equipment:
    Key dynamic equipment such as circulation pumps, feed pumps, and auxiliary machinery are test run to confirm smooth operation, vibration control, and mechanical reliability.
•. Control system and program commissioning:
    The PLC control system, interlocks, safety logic, and operating programs are fully commissioned and tested to ensure safe, stable, and automated plant operation.
•. Structural and installation quality inspection:
    Comprehensive checks are performed on structural integrity, interface compatibility, and installation workmanship to ensure compact layout and seamless system integration.
